Preschoolers can look forward to a whole month of new Sesame Street episodes in December, starting with “Jobs Day” on Dec. 1. On Job’s Day, Elmo and his friends learn about different jobs they may be interested in when they grow up, but Gabrielle doesn’t know what she wants to do yet. She offers to take Tango for a checkup, where she meets a veterinarian who inspires a job she may want to d when she’s older.

In “Bert’s Bike Time with Luis” on Dec. 8, Bert’s training wheels break, but Luis and Ernie help him gain confidence to ride his bike without them. In “Happy Hair Day” on Dec. 15, Elmo and friends sing about their hair. Tamir and Charlie realize their curly makes them special, while Elmo sings about his red, fluffy fur.

In “Rudy’s Favorite Sweater” on Dec. 22, Rudy grows out of his favorite garment, so Nina suggests they host a clothing drive to donate clothing to those in need. In “How to Catch a Robot Dog” on Dec. 29, Norbert’s robot dog, Alfred, begins to malfunction, so Elmo and Tamir decide to push his reset button. The dog keeps running away, so they brainstorm how to use different objects to catch him, such as a fishing pole with a magnet.
