For kids with a need for speed (and maybe a need to get outside this summer), the Power Pony is the perfect way to get kids on a wild west adventure.

The Power Pony is a rideable pony that resembles a large plush horse. It is 20 inches tall from hoof to saddle and has soft skin and a brushable mane and tail. The horse is tacked with a saddle and a bridle like a real riding horse, and unlike any ordinary rocking horse, the Power Pony’s two front hooves are powered by a foot-controlled ZüME engine.

Riders can use their feet to move the horse forward and backward with applied pressure and turn and spin by applying pressure on one foot in the direction they would like to go. Two wheels attached to the horse’s back feet help make the pony go up to three different speeds (trot, the slowest setting; gallop, intermediate; and race, the fastest) and riders can customize the speed controls using the ZüME iOS app so your kid’s ride is as best as can be.

Kids can enjoy up to 60 minutes of ride time on either Princess, a pink pony with a light-up unicorn horn; Crystal, a white pony that also has a light-up horn; Champ, a brown pony; or Hero, a black pony. Each of the horses make neighing sounds when kids press the button on the neck and galloping sounds when kids press the embroidered smiley faces on the butts.

Kids up to 150 lbs can safely enjoy this unique ride-on toy by holding onto the handles by the horse’s neck and wearing a helmet. After a long day of trail riding, kids can return the Power Pony to the barn and fully charge it in 90 minutes.

Add the Power Pony to your farm for $549.99.
