It’s full steam ahead on this winter wonderland adventure!

The Winter Wonder Steam Train 6V from Rollplay brings a little bit of flurry fun all year round. Designed for kids ages 2 and up, this ride-on features realistic train sounds, smoke in the form of water vapor, and hits a cruising speed of 1 mph.

Little train enthusiasts will love this ride-on for all of its realistic details! The Winter Steam Train was designed to look like a locomotive chugging away through a fluffy snowfall, featuring painted snow on the sides of the train and the words “Winter Wonder” on the cabin car. Kids can blow the train whistle or play chugging sounds with the press of a button, leaving little conductors wide-eyed with wonder. To make things even more realistic, parents can add 2 ounces of purified or distilled water and watch as the train produces real steam.

With such a swanky design, kids will want to go around and around for hours. Parents can help kids assemble the included 22-piece track as a 23-foot oval or a 12-foot circle, depending on what route kids want to take. Parents can rest easy knowing that the ride-on is perfectly safe: Although the Winter Wonder Steam Train can go either backward or forward, it only hits speeds of 1 mph. Kids can even attach (or detach) the caboose so they can bring all of their toys on their polar adventure. When the battery runs out, simply recharge it for another one to two hours of riding.

Although the ride-on will make little riders feel independent, the Winter Wonder Steam Train requires adult assembly. The track pieces can be challenging for little hands to snap together, so parents should be prepared to get things set up before kids hop on. Once the train is on the tracks, adults may need to help their toddler onto the train. There is no designated foot rest, so kids may have a hard time staying balanced. I’d recommend keeping their feet up or telling them to rest them on the sides of the train so that nothing gets caught in the tracks. Once everything is sorted, kids can get started on the ride of a lifetime.

This tram-endous ride-on promises to be kids’ new favorite toy and will keep them coming back for more and more rides. All aboard!
